During a Washoe County Sheriff's Office Awards Ceremony held on Wednesday March 4th, 2009 at the Regional Public Safety Training Center.  An impressive array of Sheriff's personnel stepped forward to be recognized for their performance in the line of duty.  Amongst the recipients were some members of the search and rescue community.

On Thursday December 4th, 2008 the members of the Hasty Team held there annual Board of Directors election to select the new board that will serve the team in 2009.

After months of hard work and dedication from various members or the Hasty Team.  The official launch of the HastyTeam.org web site went live September 16th, 2008.
